Our story begins with the firm’s founder, Certified Public Accountant Mario Isaac Navarro Alcaraz. Mexican. He was born in Ensenada, B.C in the year 1941. He began his studies at the Rural Elementary School, in Rosario, B.C in 1947, which he concluded in Ensenada, B.C in 1955.
He studied the Evening High School for workers (1955-1958) and after finishing high school the Evening High School opened, so he could work and study simultaneously (1959-1961).
He studied Public Accounting at the University of Sonora (1961-1966). During that period, he was selected for the national athletics competitions in Mexico, D.F and for the University games of the Northwest of Sonora.
In 1979 he was the founder and first president of the College of Public Accountants of Ensenada, A. C, one of the 60 Federated Colleges that are currently part of the Mexican Institute of Public Accountants.
In the beginning, there was no Public Accounting degree in the City of Ensenada, so he was a promoter of the School of Accounting and Administration of the Autonomous University of Baja California, Ensenada campus. In which from 1984 the career of Public Accountant began to be taught. He was part of the Board of Trustees of the University from 1990 to 2002.
In 1981, he joined the Constituent Commission of the Continuing Professional Education Program in the city of Puebla, where the foundations that currently form the Continuing Professional Development Standard were laid, which all Chartered Public Accountants must comply with.
In 2005, he took the Uniform Certification Exam in Monterrey, Nuevo León, obtaining his Certificate from the Mexican Institute of Public Accountants.
On April 14, 2012, he published his book “Cabalgando a Barlovento”, where he narrates his memories and experiences in the city of Ensenada, Baja California during his childhood and adolescence.
The contributions of the C.P.C Mario Isaac Navarro Alcaraz to the society of Ensenada and to the Public Accounting career have been several, always in favor of improving, seeing the needs and deficiencies of the local people and public accounting students.
Our story begins in 1976, when Professional Consultants is founded by Certified Public Accountant Mario Isaac Navarro Alcaraz. Mexican, born in the City of Ensenada and graduated from Universidad de Sonora in 1966.
In 1979 he was the founder and first president of the Colegio de Contadores Publicos de Ensenada, A.C, one of the 60 Colleges Members who are currently part of the Mexican Institute of Public Accountants.
It is until 2010 that it is associated with the C.P.C María Teresa Flores Duran, the L.C Jesús Miguel López Murillo and the C.P.C Erick Adán Ledesma Cortez and together formed what is now known as the Civil Society CPA Navarro Alcaraz y Asociados, in which they continue providing the services of accounting and auditing.
During all these years, we have provided services to different sectors, such as the fishing industry, agriculture, cargo transportation, construction, commercial and services.
